Personal Guidelines

After more than 40 years of living, learning, laughing, enjoying, fighting, hating, exploring, crying, screaming and so on ...

I know me a bit better. Here are some outcomes or guidelines I try to focus on. It is a morphic system and can change over after new experiences.

The 3 Pillars

Project 1

Metaphysics

Determinism - I believe in a deterministic universe where all events are causally determined by prior events. This belief shapes my approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Choose your influences carefully - This can have the effect that we dont a have a free will in the traditional sense.

Choices creating my future - Nevertheless, I still believe in personal responsibility and the ability to make meaningful choices within the constraints of determinism.

Openmindness - I have a deep respect for the spiritual dimension of life and the interconnectedness of all things. I'm very interested in ancient wisdom traditions.

Project 2

Ethics or Moral

Living with principles and values. Acting with integrity and considering the impact of my choices on others and the world.

Respect and tolerance for all people, regardless of their background or beliefs.

Letting them be themselves and respecting the path they want to go, because they respect me too.

Focusing on the positive aspects of life and maintaining a constructive outlook. No focus on an artifical inner child.

Project 3

Logic

Thinking critically and rationally. Using reason to understand problems and make informed decisions. Statistic is my best friend, since we are living in a determenistic universe.

Consistency - I try to be consistent in my thinking and actions, avoiding contradictions and maintaining coherence in my beliefs and behavior.

Evidence-based - I value evidence and empirical data in forming my beliefs and making decisions, rather than relying solely on intuition or tradition.

Paretto - I try to focus on the most impactful 80% of my efforts to achieve the greatest results.

Occams Razor - I prefer simpler explanations and solutions over more complex ones, unless there is a compelling reason to choose the more complex option.

Don't overrate my influence - I recognize that my influence is limited and that I should not assume more power or control than I actually have.
